Shipping

How is my order shipped? Wrapping paper is gently rolled and placed into a mailing tube. We suggest you keep this tube to store your wrap securely and protect it from damage in your cupboard! Depending on your order, we may also be able to place gift tags and ribbon in the same mailing tube. If you order a large quantity of items, these will be shipped in a larger mailing tube a box (paper will be flat). If you only order gift tags and ribbon an appropriate size parcel bag will be used. If your order is a combination of different sizes that can't fit in one box, 2 parcels will be sent at no extra cost. Please note, very large orders will incur additional delivery fees. How Much Is Shipping? Shipping Australia wide including rural areas is a flat rate of $12 for parcels up to 5kg. If you are needing a very large, bulk order or live in a remote area, shipping costs will differ, so please contact us to discuss this further hello@lillypillyloft.com.au Prices are subject to change.

How long will delivery take? Orders will be processed and pack 1-2 business days. In peak seasons we may need an extra day. Posting our orders with Australia Post will generally be within that 1-2 business days. However during peak times, posting will be more frequent. Please keep in mind Christmas delivery cut off dates, which will be communicated through our website, social media pages and newsletter. We recommend that you allow up to 7 business days for Australia Post orders to reach you. We hope it won’t take that long! Peak season may see delays, and there will be cut-off dates for Christmas deliveries, so please keep an eye on our social media and newsletters for these announcements. Covid-19 outbreaks and restrictions may also impact delivery times.

Can my delivery be left without a signature? Once your order has left Lilly Pilly Loft the delivery is out of our hands. We would prefer someone to sign for the parcel. If you give Australia Post authority to leave the parcel without a signature at your delivery address, Lilly Pilly Loft are not responsible for the parcel if it is stolen or damaged while it waits for you.

Do you have a pick up location? No, sorry! At times we may be at a Sydney market where you can purchase from us. Keep an eye on our socials and newsletter to keep informed.

Products

What is the paper quality like? We think it’s lovely! Our wrapping paper designs are printed on 90gsm satin paper stock which is a light weight paper but not thin and flimsy. It has a lovely soft feel. 3 designs are printed on 90gsm Kraft paper, and one design is printed on 100gsm brown kraft paper which has a very natural look and feel to it.

How large are your sheets of paper? All, with the exception of “Bush Bells” are 594mm x 841mm. That’s a pretty decent size for sheet wrapping paper! Our brown kraft paper design, “Bush Bells” is slightly smaller at 700mm x 500mm, but still a decent sheet size!

Why do you send the wrapping paper sheets rolled and not folded? Most people we spoke to when finalising our delivery options said they really dislike fold creases on their paper. We want to help you create beautifully wrapped gifts, so gently rolled it is!

 

Returns Policy

What is your returns and refunds policy? All sales are final. Exceptions are if Lilly Pilly Loft sends an incorrect item, or item is sent faulty, then please email us to discuss a solution hello@lillypillyloft.com.au If an item is damaged or lost during delivery, you will need to take this up with Australia Post. We encourage you to fully read our returns policy. Being a very small, one person business, I ask that my customers please be honest with their complaints/issues, and refrain from leaving negative Google reviews while we work to solve the issue. Thank you.

Are you an Australian business selling Australian made products? Yes! This business is a female run owner operator based in Sydney Australia. She creates these designs from her home studio, and in collaboration with other Australian artists. Her paper goods are printed in Australia too.
